Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • How COD Works
    We offer Cash on Delivery for your convenience. Simply select the "Cash on Delivery" option at checkout. You will pay the courier partner the total order amount in cash at the time of delivery.
  • Order Verification
    To ensure the security of your high-value timepiece, all COD orders undergo a quick verification process. You may receive a confirmation call or SMS from our team before we dispatch your watch.
  • Availability & Limits
    COD is available for most pin codes. Please note that for premium orders, there may be a maximum limit for COD transactions. If your order exceeds this, our team will reach out to discuss secure prepaid options.
  • Inspection Policy
    As per courier safety protocols, packages cannot be opened before the payment is made. However, once the payment is settled, you are fully covered by our Return & Exchange policy if you find any issues.
